As the fourth largest City on this island and the North West capital, we have not enjoyed the same level of growth experienced by other cities and towns. Governments own indicators of deprivation as well as numerous reports from various agencies, give a clear indication of the effects of the neglect and decline on all aspects of life in the City. As Citizens, this is our opportunity to demand change. We are proud of our City. We are proud of its citizens.
