Logue calls for return of stolen Model School iPads

Sinn Féin Education spokesperson Patricia Logue has called on anyone with information about the theft of 15 iPads from the Model School on the Northland Road to contact the police.

Councillor Logue said

“Schools are centres of our communities and provide not just education for our children but also services for families, after schools projects, and outreach to the wider community.

To target schools and steal these iPads is therefore an attack on the entire community and is completely unacceptable.

I would appeal for anyone with even the slightest information on this theft or has been offered them for sale to bring it forward to the police straight away. It’s important that the iPads are returned so that it doesn’t interfere will the children’s school work.
