Sinn Féin Councillor Eric McGinley has thanked the residents of Ballymagroarty for responding to a petition calling for the Housing Executive to commence a window frame replacement programme as quickly as possible.
Cllr. McGinley said: “Over the past number of weeks Sinn Féin activists have visited every street in Ballymagroarty collecting signatures for a petition calling for a window frame replacement scheme to be implemented in the estate.
The petition has now been handed in to the Housing Executive and I would take this opportunity to thank everyone who took the time to add their names to the petition.
We will continue to press the H.E. for the commencement of a scheme which, when completed, will undoubtedly improve the quality of life for many families in Ballymagroarty.”
